What happens after I book?

Let’s start with a discovery call. We’ll discuss your vision, including color palettes, location preferences, and the overall mood to create a tailored shots list. This ensures we are perfectly aligned on the day of the session. To secure your date, a $100 deposit is required upon booking.

What are your cancellation policies?

A $100 deposit is required to book your date. Should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we can simply credit your deposit toward a future available session.

Where will the photoshoot take place?

I offer both studio-style sessions and outdoor lifestyle shoots across Brisbane Southside. Whether it’s a professional setting for headshots or a scenic park for family portraits, we can choose a location that fits your vision.

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't play along, we can either move the session to an indoor location or reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost. My priority is ensuring you get the best light and atmosphere for your photos.

How long does typical session last?

For Family Portraits, we usually aim for 1-2 hours. I am entirely guided by your children’s energy. If the kids are tired or need a snack break, we take it. On the flip side, if they are in a "golden mood" and we’re getting magic shots, we keep moving! My goal is to make the experience stress-free for parents and fun for the little ones.

For Branding & Business, these sessions are much more variable. A simple headshot refresh might only take 30–60 minutes, but a full launch campaign can often take a half or even a whole day. For branding, we are creating a library of content, multiple outfits, different "scenes," and various moods, so I stay flexible to ensure we capture everything your business needs to stand out.

How many images will I get?

This will depend on your package

How long until I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a sneak peek of your session within 48 hours. Shortly after, your full professional gallery will be delivered via a secure link for you to browse. Depending on your chosen package, you can select your favorite images directly within the gallery. Once your selection is finalized, I will provide the high-resolution, watermark-free versions ready for download.

Do you provide raw, unedited files?

I do not provide raw files. I believe that editing is half the magic of photography, and I pride myself on delivering a finished, high-quality product that reflects my professional style.
